An update of the docLinkr Connector database V2.0 has been released.

• Minor problems concerning the stability of the Native App and the XPages are fixed.

Now the time has come. It took us almost four months of exhausting days and nights, but we are finally proud to announce our next major version. We4IT docLinkr version 2.0 is here.

New features
•  You can now create and edit documents
•  Full multi-language support for all labels
•  Formulae for next datasources (form formulae)
•  Complete revision of the XPages-App
•  Minor bug fixes

The We4IT docLinkr is available in the Apple App Store and in the Android Market on Monday afternoon.

Important:

Version 2.0 of the native app is NOT backwards compatible with version 1.5 of the Notes databases. You should therefore upgrade the design of the Notes databases on your server BEFORE installing the new version of the app on your devices.

The update requires that Lotus Domino version 8.5.3 or higher is installed on the server where the docLinkr Connector database exists. If this server is at a lower release of Domino, please contact Support at We4IT.

docLinkr Version 2.0 from We4IT is nearly ready to roll out!

The key feature being added is the ability to create new documents and edit existing ones.  The app has also been redesigned in terms of usability as well as group management of fields.

Both the app and the configuration will be delivered fully multilingual. You will have the option to create multilingual text guides inside the docLinkr config database.

We are particularly proud of the new option allowing you to define formulas for a secondary data source. You will now also be able to open different configurations by using forms.

We hope you still enjoy our current version 1.5.2 until then.
